Empowering Women and Girls in Pakistan
Education - Employment - Entrepreneurship
The Problem
Pakistan's formal workforce is missing nearly half of its potential, with women accounting for only 13.5% of formal employees. While female higher education enrollment is rising, a severe "leaky pipeline" prevents these graduates from transitioning into stable careers or establishing businesses. Aspiring female entrepreneurs face restrictive societal norms, a critical lack of professional mentorship, and institutional roadblocks including limited access to formal credit and financial solutions. Without a dedicated, centralised ecosystem to bridge these gaps, millions of capable Pakistani women remain financially excluded and unable to scale their economic impact.
Konnect Her exists to change that.
Our Model
Traditional charity models treat women as beneficiaries; we build them as leaders. KonnectHer is a self-sustaining social enterprise, not a philanthropy. We don't hand out aid; we design market-driven programs, commercial networks, and financial pathways that enable Pakistani women to build profitable enterprises and lead industries. By prioritizing profit sustainability, we ensure our impact scales as fast as our business.
